Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for executing the sales of iHorizons complete range of products and services through developing and driving iHorizons strategy.
Functions and Responsibilities

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation till deal closing.

Maximize revenue from each client and meet revenue-based targets.

Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory which includes existing accounts and new accounts.

Manage on-going account relationships.

Assist in project kick-off meetings and provide on-going sales input and control throughout the project.

Actively utilize iHorizons public contacts database for contact information.

Participate in trade shows to promote company’s products and to develop sales leads.

Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

At least one year of proven commercial track record preferably in a corporate sales environment.

Education and Experiance
- Presales Engineers must have a degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent experience.
- Must have at least two years of experiance in any Software Engineering, or IT Operations feilds

This role is with People Dynamics, one of iHorizons sister organizations. People Dynamics is an HR services company and this role will be with the Recruitment business unit based in Doha and handling clients in Qatar.
Functions and Responsibilities

Generating a target list of clients either through databases or by cold-calling

Meet the concerned decision makers at the client organization, explain the services of People Dynamics and get a contract sign-off

Solicit specific role for recruitment, capture the clients exact requirements ( through documents like JD or verbally) and communicate the requirements to the sourcing team in People Dynamics

Present the profiles of candidates to the clients and assist the recruitment team in moving towards a closure for the position. A position is considered to be closed when the client signs a contract with our candidate and the candidate joins the client.

Raise invoice on the client and collect the payments when due
