The Foreign Information Agency, the government organization in charge of providing comprehensive information about Qatar to the world, has launched its ambitious information portal. Providing rich information about Qatar in three Languages (Arabic, English & French), the site aims to give a view of Qatar’s ambitious developments and progress on various fronts, including education, economy and culture.
It tells the world the unique story of Qatar, its history, its present and its bold steps to the future. The site provides news and in-depth information about Qatar’s politics, geography and history, economy, energy and industry, sports, environment and tourism. It also contains links to Qatar’s most important sites.
iHorizons, the region’s leading Internet software developer and content management solution vendor, was in charge of designing and implementing the portal, and will be maintaining and developing it.
