The agreement was signed by Dr. Ayed bin Dabsan Al-Qahtani, Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation, and Mr. Muhammed Takriti, Chief Executive Officer of iHorizons.

At a press conference following the signing, Dr. Al-Qahtani explained that the partnership reflects the Foundation’s commitment to social responsibility and marks iHorizons as its technology partner. The initiative is aimed at strengthening the Foundation’s infrastructure, allowing it to implement projects using advanced tools and ensuring easier communication with beneficiaries.

He noted that the agreement is in line with Qatar’s national direction toward greater reliance on digital solutions and electronic connectivity. Dr. Al-Qahtani expressed his gratitude to iHorizons for its role in supporting community initiatives, describing it as an example of how national companies can contribute to society and serve those in need.

The agreement provides a framework for launching a dedicated application for the Foundation, along with other technology solutions. Dr. Al-Qahtani highlighted that the Foundation’s interaction with the public will focus on remote access, following practices already adopted in several institutions across the country. As part of this transition, the Foundation will go beyond training staff and volunteers by extending training to beneficiaries themselves. Campaigns will be organized in shopping malls and other public areas to provide direct guidance on using the application and website.

Dr. Al-Qahtani emphasized that the ultimate goal is to simplify processes for both beneficiaries and donors, making services more efficient and accessible. He stated that current work is focused on building the necessary infrastructure, with operations expected to begin within two months. Training, he added, is central to these efforts, not only in technical development but also to ensure that all staff can work effectively with the new systems, particularly those involving artificial intelligence.

Mr. Takriti expressed appreciation to the Foundation for its confidence in iHorizons, noting that this trust is both an honor and a responsibility. With over 30 years of experience serving major institutions in Qatar, he said working with a humanitarian organization carries an exceptional value because of its direct service to the community.

He added that the vision of Dr. Al-Qahtani and his leadership reflects a clear understanding of the importance of technology in enabling charitable work, delivering services, supporting communication, and strengthening connections with both beneficiaries and donors.

Mr. Takriti confirmed that iHorizons will dedicate its expertise to providing effective and user-friendly digital solutions, ensuring clarity, simplicity, and speed in the delivery of services.
