iHorizons Supports Qatar's Hosting of ITU Plenipotentiary Conference 2026 Through CRA's Enhanced, Bilingual Digital Platform for Delegates
Doha, Qatar, 6 October 2026 - The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) has launched its revamped official PP-26 Doha website, developed and implemented by iHorizons, to help delegates and visitors prepare for the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Plenipotentiary Conference. The website brings conference information, travel planning, accommodation, venue details and registration guidance together in Arabic and English.
Qatar will host the Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-26) in Doha from 9 to 27 November 2026. As the ITU's highest policy-making body, the conference brings together international delegations to set up the organization's strategic direction. The website serves as an official digital gateway for participants seeking practical information before and during their visit.
iHorizons completed a full design of the website's interface, refreshed its visual presentation and introduced new pages and content sections. The team reviewed, reorganized and enhanced the Arabic and English content, with clearer navigation to help visitors find key information more easily.
The responsive design adapts to desktop, tablet and mobile screens, allowing delegates to consult the website while planning their trip or moving between conference activities. Accessibility work followed Mada Web Accessibility Guidelines and accessibility best practices to support access for people with different needs.
A consistent design system brings a common structure and visual style to the website's pages. The solution also supports future content expansion and ongoing enhancements as conference information develops.
The launch supports CRA's preparations to host PP-26 and demonstrates iHorizons' delivery of bilingual digital experiences for Qatar's government sector, combining website design, content organization and implementation around participants' practical needs.
"We are proud to have partnered with CRA to deliver an accessible, bilingual, and user-focused digital experience that makes it easier for delegates and visitors to prepare for PP-26 Doha. This project reflects our commitment to delivering practical digital solutions that support Qatar's vision for hosting major international events," said Suhad.
